How secure is my data and where is it stored?

• Very secure, it is similar to that of internet banking. Your internet based data is stored on Global Office’s secure server. Our server is housed in a secure facility in Christchurch City, in a temperature controlled room. All data that is sent from your computer to our server and back is encrypted first, preventing unauthorized users from intercepting and reading the data. Your data is backed up every two hours.

Do I have to be at work to use goAudiology?

• No being a web based product you are able to log into your goAudiology system at any location where you can log on to the internet. Work on your business anywhere and be free from any annoying workplace interruptions.

How long will it take to learn?

• goAudiology is very easy to learn and use. Anybody with a basic understanding of computers can get started straight away. goAudiology’s easy to understand screens and intuitive layout makes staff training quick and effective.
